Telecommunicator Basic 40-Hour Courses

These 40-hour telecommunicator training courses are designed to meet the requirements mandated for basic telecommunicator training within the first year of employment. Training will provide the knowledge and skills necessary for telecommunicators to perform their duties professionally, efficiently and effectively.
