After your on-line registration is completed supporting documentation is required. Documentation must be received within 10 days of the scheduled Instructor course. Hand carried documentation will not be accepted. Verification of previous training must be completed before the beginning of each course.

Newly certifying students are to complete four hours of online training and the two days of hands on classes.
