Open Sight Rifle Instructor Recertification School

This one-day school will recertify instructors currently holding Iowa Law Enforcement Academy certification as open sight rifle instructors. Topics will include: a review of key issues presented in the open sight instructor school, new teaching techniques, new technology and product review. Force management issues will be presented and requalification will be held on the day FBI/ILEA open sight rifle instructor qualification course. Class enrollment will be limited to thirty Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Certified (Open Sight) Rifle Instructors.

This will provide a valid certification for three years, expiring 12/31/2024.
